Does God truly care about me and what goes on in my life?

NO MEAN, OR STUPID ANSWERS PLEASE!!! Okay, so I am a 15-year-old girl, and lately I've been feeling really down. I feel like God doesn't care about me, and that I'm unworthy to pray to him. Everyone's always saying "God loves you, he will help you, blah blah blah." But does he really care that much about shy and insignificant kids like me?
