Does arousal in human males...?

Does arousal in human males increase sperm quality and/or quantity? For example, if a male has a prolonged session of sexual arousal, does that predetermine the amount of sperm that his testicles will produce, and as such cause a higher sperm count in the ejaculate, or does that cause no such thing? I have looked through all my other sources and such and have found no answer, and have thus resorted to Yahoo@Answers. Is this the case? Or am I mistaken?
