Does a taweez always have a quranic ayat in it?

What if it has numbers or the word firaun in it? I'm sick and tired of going to all these people who claim to cure but I've seen no difference. I try to pray as much as I can and no longer want too see anyone or wear taweez anymore. What can I do??
